We, Athletics Data Limited, are prepared to make this database of race data (“the Database”) available to you from this website upon the following terms.
If you do not accept these terms please immediately exit the Race Data pages of the website and refrain from making any further use of any data that you have previously obtained from the Database.
The Database has been accumulated over a long period time as a result of a substantial investment (both in terms of time and money). By accepting these terms you accept that a great deal of time, thought and money has gone into obtaining, verifying and presenting the data held in the Database.
You are allowed to use the data held in the Database in good faith only for the Permitted Purposes below and provided always that you comply with the Conditions below. Any use of data held in the Database that is not in accordance with these terms requires our prior written consent. If we discover that you have acted in breach of these terms we shall have the right to disable your access to the Database.
"The Permitted Purposes":
1. considering, analysing, using and printing single copies of the data held in the Database for personal, non-commercial purposes; or
2. publishing (over the Internet or otherwise) the data held in the Database to interested parties for personal, non-commercial purposes where no charge, commercial benefit or profit (whether direct or indirect) is made for/from such publishing.
"The Conditions":
A. that no references to Athletics Data Limited, Tim Grose or Athletics Weekly are removed from the data held in the Database before being printed out or published;
B. that we are notified in advance of all publishing that it is taking place under 2 above and that a complimentary copy of any publication/communication is sent to us at Athletics Data Limited, 83 Park Road, Peterborough, PE1 2TN UK or by Fax: + 44 1733 898443 or by Email: admin@athleticsdata.com ;
C. that whenever any publishing takes place under 2 above such publication indicates very clearly that the Database has been used with the prior permission of Athletics Data Limited and Tim Grose; and
D. that you accept that we may use your email address to notify you from time to time of publications, events and other information with which we are involved.
